Quality
Quality
Quality isn't a checkpoint at the end of the line. It runs through sourcing, manufacturing and product development — because in crop protection, a batch that underperforms costs a farmer a season.
Why it matters more here
An agricultural input is used once, at a specific point in a crop cycle, and its result isn't visible for weeks. By the time a substandard product reveals itself, the window to correct it has usually closed.
That's why quality has to be built in rather than inspected in. Every stage of our process is designed so problems are caught before a product leaves us, not after it reaches a field.
Documentation and traceability
Every batch is documented, and that documentation is kept so any product can be traced back through its production history.
For partners taking their own registrations, or operating in regulated export markets, this isn't administrative overhead — it's a requirement. We treat it that way.
Raw material evaluation
Incoming materials are assessed against defined standards before they enter production.
Process control
Defined manufacturing and process controls maintain consistency from batch to batch.
Finished product quality
Testing and evaluation against the applicable product specification before release.
Documentation and traceability
Records maintained throughout the product lifecycle, so any batch can be traced.
Regulatory compliance
Work carried out in accordance with applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
